You must purchase a marriage license in the State of Florida to be married within the State of Florida. Questions? Contact the courthouse you wish to obtain your license from. Courthouse hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. Courthouse may be closed on certain holidays. Please check with the courthouse if you have any questions. You must have the marriage license before your wedding day. This license is used to legalize your marriage and is not provided by Emerald Coast Beach Weddings. A marriage license can only be obtained at a county courthouse in the State of Florida.

• No waiting period for out of state residents.
• Florida residents must wait 3 days after applying for the license before they can marry, unless they have obtained a pre-marital course certificate prior to applying for the license.
• No blood test or physical required.
• Both parties must be 18 years of age or older.
• Both parties must be present to sign for the license and have proper ID.
• Marriage license valid 60 days from the date issued.
• Marriage license is $93.50 — cash only — and payable to courthouse where obtained.

To reserve your wedding date contact us by filling in our beach wedding planner (see contact us) or call 850-271-8887 with the beach wedding package and wedding date you have in mind. Your wedding package price is broken into 3 separate amounts which are spread out over the length of time between the booking date and the actual date of the wedding.

First, a "Booking Fee" paid by credit card is required to secure your special day! Emerald Coast Beach Weddings accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover (these cards may also be debit cards) for this initial deposit. This "Booking Fee" holds your date and allows us to secure the vendors and crew for your wedding.

The next step is the "Good Faith Deposit" which is due about half way through the time frame of the booking of your date and the day of the wedding. This second deposit may be made by credit card, money order or personal check.

The remaining balance of your package, "Final Payment", is due 30 days prior to the wedding date. You may pay the "Final Payment" with credit card, check or money order. Make checks or money orders payable to Emerald Coast Beach Weddings. If you have paid your "Final Deposit" and need to reschedule your wedding, you may do so one time without any further cost or deposit required by Emerald Coast Beach Weddings (some special vendors will require a new deposit-if this is applicable we will tell you before your wedding date is rescheduled)

Your contract with all due dates stated will be emailed to you once your date is secured with your "Booking Fee". We will also send you the Panama City Beach area free referrals, wedding itinerary and your beach wedding vows at this time. We may send you invoices for the amounts due prior to the due date—you may pay from the link provided in the invoice, or send us instructions on how you would like to pay the amounts due.

• Seabreeze - $700
• Bamboo Beach - $500
• Seaside Sunset - $1500.00 (this initial deposit may be broken into two payments if the total amount is paid within a 30 day time frame from the initial booking. For example, you may pay $750.00 at the beginning of the month then the second $750.00 before the end of the month. This is allowed as a courtesy only and must be pre-approved by ECBW upon booking of your package.)
