*Emerald Coast Beach Weddings has an excellent reputation for providing beautiful beach weddings and quality service. Due to insurance liabilities and our desire to maintain this stellar reputation Emerald Coast Beach Weddings can only allow equipment that has been booked through our company. This policy applies to chairs, tables, arbors, arches, etc. The only exception to this policy is event tents that can be booked and set up by an approved, insured vendor. Event tents are subject to an off-site vendor fee of $200.00 which allows us to direct the tent company on the ideal placement of the tent on the day of the event.*
